The Dubbo office covers communities from Stockinbingal in New South Wales to Narrabri in New South Wales.

Inland Rail will traverse the rich agricultural and mineral country of the Central West, Western Plains, Macquarie Valley and the Pilliga. The construction of this once in a generation infrastructure project will support regional Australians by moving freight more efficiently and safely to growing markets domestically and overseas. Every dollar saved moving goods such as cotton, grain and livestock is money in the pocket of farmers and that ultimately stays within rural and regional communities.

What drew me to the role of Regional Liaison Officer was the regional and industry benefits associated with Inland Rail through construction and into operation. Parkes to Narromine (P2N) is the first project to commence construction and has the potential to provide real local jobs and business opportunities for existing and new start-up businesses.

My role allows me to travel within this wonderful region and work closely with local and state government, communities, small businesses and industry to capitalise on the employment and economic development opportunities with Inland Rail.
